Barbell Strength & Technique Class offers an uninterrupted hour during which we provide focused attention on practicing weightlifting skills along with dedicated strength training. It is welcome to those wanting to take advantage of additional coaching time to focus on technique or as a supplement to the in-class strength program, and is a valuable addition for beginners looking to jump start their training. It is held every Saturday at 7AM and is led by USAW Sports Performance & CF-L1 certified coach Jon Kornbeck.
