I always had an athletic background and a passion for working out. I saw the CrossFit Games on TV back in 2011 and was interested in how they could do all of these different things at such a high level, and that is what led me to try CrossFit. I love CrossFit because every day is a new challenge. Depending on the day it can be the greatest workout for me or a sum of all my fears. What doesn’t change from day to day is the support that I receive from the others in the class. It doesn’t matter if you are someone who is setting a PR moving a lot of weight, or someone who is setting a PR by moving to full range of motion, the support you receive is the same!
