CrossFit is the first fitness program I found that not only provides a great workout but also actively improves all-around athleticism. I remember a few months after starting back in 2011 how much more athletic I felt, and was amazed by how well the benefits of CrossFit training translated to other physical activities outside of the gym, or box, as we call it. There is always something to work on in CrossFit, and for those looking to challenge themselves, you will find no shortage of opportunities to do so. The mental strength cultivated by regularly putting yourself in uncomfortable situations and forcing yourself to push through them is another huge benefit of CrossFit. After owning CrossFit Vanquish for 6 years running, I have witnessed first-hand the addition of CrossFit training helping people to progress in all areas of their lives, including career, family, and social life. We’re extremely proud of our program and that our members trust us to be the ones to guide them in their pursuit of becoming the best version of themselves.
